Choosing the right size is essential for comfort and long-term foot health. Since shoe sizes vary across brands and regions, measuring your feet is the best way to ensure the perfect fit.

STEP 1:
Gather the Essentials
Choose a quiet time and a suitable space to measure your feet accurately. Consistency is key, so ensure you are not rushed during this process.
You will need a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, a ruler and a pair of socks (if you intend to wear socks with the shoes).

STEP 2:
Trace Your Foot
To determine foot length, begin by placing the sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Avoid positioning it near a baseboard, as this may distort results.
Stand with your heel resting firmly against the wall and your weight evenly distributed. Place your heel at the edge of the paper and trace the outline of your foot. Ensure the heel and the paper start from the same point.

STEP 3:
Measure Length and Width
Using the ruler, measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. This provides your foot length.
Next, measure across the widest section of your foot—typically at the ball area. This figure represents your foot width.
Why Proper Fit Matters
Accurate measurements are the foundation of selecting shoes that offer comfort and support. Shoe sizes differ internationally:
- United States: Sizes generally range from 6 to 16, with 1/3 inch increments between each.
- United Kingdom: Sizes typically run from 5 to 14.
- Europe: Sizes usually span from 39 to 50.
