Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. To initiate, email us at info@hydesnhues.com or WhatsApp +91-9639739999 with your Order ID/AWB and at least 3 images of the product. Requests without images or made after 15 days will not be accepted. A reverse pickup will be arranged if all conditions are met.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products without original packaging or items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items bought with a free gift must return the gift if returning the main item.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused with original tags and packaging.
  • Size exchanges are allowed if the address is serviceable and stock is available.
  • Return/exchange requests can only be made once per order.
  • If rejected due to quality check, shipping fees for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Processed within 7-12 days after the returned item is received and approved. Refunds for prepaid orders go to the original payment method or as a coupon code. Refunds for COD orders go to the bank account provided or as a coupon code. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
